Whether you're just starting, at the right size, or scaling, we provide tailored consulting without the need for a full-time HR professional. Our subscription model is based on the hours of consulting you need each month, with no long term contracts — cancel anytime

Basic HR Subscription
- Subscriber-Only Access: Gain exclusive access to valuable forms and resources
- Consultation: Enjoy 20 hours of consultation per month. Any additional consultation beyond the 20 hours is billed at $175 per hour
- Tailored HR Solutions: HR advisory for owner and managers, Employee relations and performance guidance, Discipline and termination coaching, Leave and accommodation guidance, Benefits and workers' comp coordination support, Unemployment claims guidance, Policy updates and documentation templates
- Employee Handbook: The creation of your digital employee handbook is available for a one-time fee of $2,000. The first revision or update is complimentary, with subsequent revisions or updates available for a flat fee

Advanced HR Subscription
- Subscriber-Only Access: Gain exclusive access to valuable forms and resources
- Consultation: Enjoy 30 hours of consultation per month. Any additional consultation beyond 30 hours is billed at $150 per hour
- Tailored HR Solutions: Includes everything in Basic HR, Plus Ongoing onboarding process support, Manager coaching for performance issues, Proactive compliance check-ins, Documentation review before high-risk actions
- Employee Handbook: The creation of your digital employee handbook is available for a one-time fee of $2,000. The first revision or update is complimentary, with all subsequent revisions and updates available for a flat fee

Premium HR Subscription
- Subscriber-Only Access: Gain exclusive access to valuable forms and resources
- Consultation: Enjoy 40 hours of consultation per month. Any additional consultation beyond the 40 hours is billed at $125 per hour.
- Tailored HR Solutions: Includes everything in Advanced HR, Plus Excutive-level HR advisory, Complex employee relations strategy, Policy customization as the practice scales
